Delaware's personal-use quantity
The Delaware Office of the Marijuana Commissioner (OMC) says a person 21 or older may possess a personal-use quantity: up to 1 ounce of leaf marijuana, 12 grams of concentrated cannabis, or cannabis products containing no more than 750 milligrams of delta-9 THC. The state's FAQ and Title 16 Code definition provide the source details. These categories are not a retail license or blanket authorization.

Where use and cultivation are restricted
OMC says consuming cannabis in an area accessible to the public or in a vehicle is illegal. It also says home cultivation is not allowed and production is restricted to licensed cultivation centers. Property and federal rules may add restrictions.
Visitors and border travel
The OMC FAQ states it is illegal to enter or leave Delaware with marijuana products, including medical products. A Delaware amount does not travel with you across a state or national border. For a broader U.S. boundary, see federal cannabis-law basics.
